An account is deemed dormant if no login activity occurs for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ph985 may charge a monthly dormancy administration fee of ₱50 on dormant accounts with a remaining balance. Accounts with a zero balance after twelve months of inactivity may be closed without prior notice.

If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of your initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent Philippine courts having jurisdiction over the subject matter.
Nothing in this clause prevents ph985 from seeking interim or injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its legitimate interests, including intellectual property rights and prevention of fraud.
